We Women and Girls with Disabilities have been too long at the margins of decision making and work on gender equality. For too long our specific needs have been invisible. The inclusion of Women and Girls with Disabilities belongs to the new Agenda of "Leave no one Behind"!

That means for us:
We need to enforce and accelerate the New Sustainable Development Goals, and
We need to enforce the effective implementation of the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities in order to realise the Human Rights for Women and Girls with Disabilities
For all Women and Girls with Disabilities we need to achieve Gender Equality andSelf-determination:
•End all forms of discrimination
•Eliminate all forms of violence
•Eliminate all harmful practices, such as child, early and forced marriage and female genital mutilation
•Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life
•Ensureuniversal accessto sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights
•Eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all Levels of education and vocational training
•Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and girls with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value
•Empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all Women and Girls with Disabilities
